Last updated June 25, 2026. This policy explains what MiBolsita Party collects when customers build party bags, request quotes, or place orders.

Information we collect

We collect the details needed to prepare and fulfill an order: customer name, phone number, email address when provided, ZIP code, event date, fulfillment preference, notes, selected products, order total, and payment status.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. MiBolsita Party does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or raw payment credentials in this app.

How we use information

To confirm availability, timing, pickup, delivery, or shipping details.
To prepare, fulfill, and support customer orders and custom quote requests.
To send payment confirmations and order notifications.
To improve product selection, fulfillment workflows, and customer support.

Data retention

Order and quote records may be kept for operations, customer support, tax, accounting, dispute handling, and business recordkeeping. Customers can contact us to request correction or deletion when legally and operationally allowed.
