Orders and availability

Prices and product availability are shown as accurately as possible, but final fulfillment depends on stock, timing, event date, and pickup, delivery, or shipping details. We may contact customers to confirm substitutions or timing.

Minimums and timing

Standard orders have a 10 bag minimum. Please order at least 48 hours before the event so we can review details and prepare cleanly.

Payments

Standard orders may be paid through Stripe Checkout. Custom quote requests are reviewed before payment is requested. Taxes, delivery, and shipping adjustments may be confirmed before fulfillment when required.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, event date, and fulfillment information.
• Review product selections, quantities, allergies, age suitability, and notes before submitting.
• Respond to follow-up questions when availability, timing, or substitutions need confirmation.
